Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you, we use standard analytics to understand how the site is used, and we never sell your information to anyone.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site (a project inquiry, a free homepage preview request, or similar), we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, your website address, and anything you write about your project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Pages reached from our ads also use Google Ads conversion tracking so we can tell whether advertising is working. Both use cookies. Neither gives us your identity unless you submit a form.
How we use it
- To reply to you and deliver what you asked for (like a homepage preview)
- To keep a record of inquiries so nothing gets lost
- To measure whether our advertising brings in real inquiries
We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our database (hosted with Cloudflare) and delivered to our email. Service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), and Web3Forms (form email delivery). Some of these providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept while they are useful for responding to you and running the business. If you want your information corrected or deleted, email [email protected] and we will take care of it promptly.
Cookies
Cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually days, not weeks.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date at the top.
