Is it worth it
A redesign costs money and takes attention away from running the business, so it should solve a problem you can name. Two situations usually justify it.

What carries over
The biggest worry with a redesign is losing what already works. We plan the move so what brings you business today keeps working after launch.
We review every existing page before we design anything. Content that performs is kept and rewritten only where it needs to be clearer. Pages that no longer serve a purpose are merged or retired, with the decision recorded in the written scope. You review the business facts and approve content before it goes live.
Pages that rank well keep their addresses, or receive a redirect to the closest new page, so search engines and old links still land somewhere useful. We map old URLs to new ones while planning the move and check the map before launch. Ongoing SEO upkeep is available on the Grow and Partner care plans.
Contact routes are checked on the live site before handover. Forms are connected and test-submitted so enquiries reach your inbox, phone links dial correctly on mobile, and any booking or chat tool you rely on is carried across. The MK Law rebuild went through this route by route before the switch.
How the move is planned
Every project follows the same four stages, with review points written into the scope so you know when your input is needed.
We start with your audience, goals, content and timing, and a review of the current site. The written scope sets the deliverables, fixed price and review milestones, and larger rebuilds start with paid discovery. We then build a working site you can open on your own phone and laptop, and you give feedback at the agreed milestones. Scope changes are confirmed in writing.
Before launch we check the site across screen sizes, verify key journeys such as calling, enquiring and finding a service page, and confirm the redirect map. Launch timing and handover are agreed with you. The domain and site stay in your name, and ongoing care is available if you want it.

MK Law, P.A. is a trial firm in Fort Lauderdale. The firm was running a dated Wix site that loaded slowly and needed someone else for every change.
We rebuilt the site and kept the navy-and-gold identity the firm was known for. It launched on mymklawyers.com with dedicated practice-area pages, attorney profiles, a CMS for insight articles and a 51-second promo film.
Every page on the old site was listed and matched to a page on the new one before design started, and pages that were retired now point to their closest replacement. Phone numbers, email addresses and form destinations were checked one by one and confirmed with the firm. We quote projects in USD after we agree the scope. For a redesign the number turns on how many pages exist today, how much of the content is worth keeping and how tangled the current platform is, which is why larger rebuilds start with paid discovery. The price is agreed in writing, half to begin and half at launch, and monthly care after launch is set out on our care plans page.

Fair questions
It should not, provided the move is planned. We keep the addresses of pages that rank, redirect any that change, and check the redirect map before launch. Rankings can shift briefly after any change, and SEO upkeep continues on the Grow and Partner plans.
Yes. We rebuild on a custom-coded stack hosted on a global edge network, with no page builders, and we plan the move from your existing platform as part of the scope. Your content, images and existing URLs are reviewed and carried across or redirected. The MK Law rebuild moved a Wix site this way.
Yes. The domain stays registered to you, the hosting and publishing accounts are opened in your name with your own keys, and the code belongs to you. Stopping a care plan does not change any of that. The monthly work ends and the site keeps running where it is.
