How we work
Every project follows the same four steps, so you know what happens next and what you are paying for at each stage.
We start by reviewing your current site and talking through your audience, goals, content and timing. From that we define the page structure, the content priorities and the key journeys a visitor should be able to complete. A written scope sets out the deliverables, the fixed price and the review milestones before any design work begins.
We design around your business and your brand, and build the site to work from phones through to desktop. Forms and publishing tools are connected as part of the build, so enquiries land in your inbox and your team can update pages themselves. You review a working site in context, which shows how the pages read and how the journeys hold together.
You check the business details and give feedback at the agreed milestones, and any change of scope is confirmed in writing before it is built. Ahead of launch we check the site across screen sizes and verify the key journeys, including that the contact form reaches you. The domain and the site stay in your name, with ongoing care available.

Send us the address of your current website through the contact form. Within a few days we design a real preview of a new homepage for your business, based on what your site already says and what a visitor needs from it. There is no charge and no obligation, and you owe nothing whether or not you decide to continue.
If you like the direction, we run a short discovery to confirm the scope, then provide a fixed quote in writing. If you would rather wait, that is fine, and the preview has still given you something concrete to compare against. Either way, you decide with a real design in front of you.

MK Law, P.A. is a trial firm in Fort Lauderdale. We kept the navy-and-gold identity the firm was known for and rebuilt the structure around the way people arrive, with a dedicated page for each practice area, attorney profiles carrying the detail a client checks first, and a 51-second promo film. Insight articles run through a content management system the firm updates itself. The site is live at mymklawyers.com.
Sena Law is a BC family law and dispute resolution practice founded by Kelsey Beazer and Samantha Simpson. As a new firm they needed to look established from the first day. We designed the visual identity in ocean-teal, rust and cream, then built the site around it with BC-landscape photography, service pages that state each service plainly, lawyer profiles, a self-publishing CMS for News and Insights, and a 58-second promo film. It is live at senalaw.ca.
Pricing
We quote after a short discovery so the price reflects the real scope, and that price is fixed in writing before work begins.
We quote projects in USD after we agree the scope. Payment is half to begin and half at launch. Larger rebuilds start with paid discovery, which produces the written scope, the page structure and the fixed price for the build. Website copy, promo video and ads management are scoped separately, so you pay only for what you need.
Ongoing care is optional and billed monthly. Care at USD $99 covers managed hosting, SSL and domain, daily backups and security updates, uptime monitoring and a couple of small edits each month. Grow at USD $249 adds one insights article a month, Google Business and SEO upkeep, a quarterly performance report and unlimited small edits. Partner at USD $599 adds ongoing design, a promo video every quarter, priority turnaround and strategy check-ins.
Fair questions
We are based in Vancouver, Canada, and work remotely with clients across Canada and the United States. Projects run through email and video calls, with a working site to review at each milestone, so you do not need to be nearby. MK Law is in Fort Lauderdale and Sena Law is in British Columbia.
You do. The site lives on your own domain, in your name, with your own accounts and keys. It is custom-coded on a fast, modern stack with no page builders, so there is no proprietary system to migrate out of. You can leave at any time and the website is still yours, whether or not you keep a care plan.
Either works. Website copy, service pages, articles and campaign landing pages can be scoped as part of the project, or you can supply your own. Either way, you review the business facts and approve the content before it goes live, so nothing is published without your sign-off.
The written scope sets the review milestones, and at each one you give feedback on a working site rather than a flat picture, on your own phone and laptop. Changes inside the agreed scope are part of the project. If a request goes beyond it, we describe the work and price it in writing before it is built.
Yes. For law firms we offer a build-first option. We rebuild the whole site from your existing brand and content and share a working link before you pay anything. There is no deposit, and you pay only if the new site is better than what you have. The details are on our law firm page.
