How we build

Moving your site
Most rebuilds start on Wix, Squarespace or WordPress, where the content sits inside the platform and the layout can only go where the template allows. Getting out of that cleanly is engineering work, so we plan it before design starts.
We take what the current platform holds and model it as content types rather than pages of frozen markup, so a practice area, a product or an article has a shape the site can render anywhere. Layouts become components we control, which is why the design stops being limited to what a template offers.
Every address on the old site is listed and mapped to its new home, with retired pages pointing to the closest replacement. MK Law, P.A. is a trial firm in Fort Lauderdale. Everything the firm published lived inside a Wix account, pages were slow to load, and any change needed someone who knew the builder.

Ownership
The site lives on your domain, in your name, with accounts and keys that belong to you, whether or not you keep us on for care.
The domain is registered to you. Hosting, the content management system and any connected services are set up in accounts you control, and the code is yours as well. If you ever want to bring in another developer, nothing is locked behind our login or waits on our permission.
A care plan is month to month and you can stop it at any time. When you do, the site keeps running on your domain in your accounts. That is also why every scope is written down: you should always know what you have paid for and what you own.
